yesterday you asked where I sourced my claim that usd were in short supply.
BamaTrader (he is starting a suscription service) from the bluebird site made the claim and repeated it in his morning email to followers:

"Also overnight - USDollar continued to climb another 0.55% to a high of 99.50. The latest rally in the USD is developing disruptive properties - if not already - to world financial mechanisms. As we stated in our webinar yesterday - US Dollars are in high demand, needed to effect Dollar carry trade business around the Globe. Markets need time to adjust to changing transactional inputs. The move higher since August 2014 has been swift and disorderly."

Is he saying usd are in short supply just because the us index is near 100? or does he have more to support what he is saying, I dont know.
