Broad selldown in this area of the world today. CHN took a -10% lurch.
It is ashame obviously for DEV, has all the aspects I like about the company,nothing has changed just others view point. The group of companies using the PGE story were a inflated and couldn't sustain momentum, I think Kyng called this. Macro for commodities in this class hasn't changed, if anything seems to be getting better in the near term. Hard to predict the turning point of the herd, so stay with own decision points.
Happy to hold, becoming a little ridiculous again in price for a buy. Lets see what tomorrow brings. If DEV has the slightest bit of a hit on its propertyr, I think some of the money in CHN will readily flow into DEV because of MC.
I don't believe in the Guru philosophy, ie. Tim Goyder company so therefore it willl fly. I believe in the Team Tim Goyder has setup and the land.
