Terms out for Marley Spoon IPO

Meal kits company Marley Spoon will seek a $199.5 million market value for its initial public offering.
Marley Spoon's brokers Macquarie and Canaccord Genuity sent terms for the IPO to fund managers on Monday morning.
The termsheet said Marley Spoon would seek to raise $70 million via the sale of 49.3 million CDIs at $1.42 each.
The deal would value Marley Spoon at $199.5 million on a market capitalisation basis and a $163.6 million enterprise value.
All money raised would be go to the company, the termsheet said.
It comes as Marley Spoon management fronts fundies in meetings starting on Monday.
The brokers will run a book build for shares on June 4 and, if successful, Marley Spoon would list on July 2. Marley Spoon IPO
