This is startling,
Investigator Resources began as Southern Uranium when it was spun out of Southern Gold in 2007 when uranium was surging.
Below are the top 20 shareholders at that time.
1. Southern Gold (40%)
2. Talbot Group Holdings
3. Citic Australia
4. Dezong Yuan
5. ANZ Nominees
6.Mr Yu Xuan Yuan
7. Dr Leon Pretorius
8. Plaisance Pty Ltd
9. Miss Yu Chuan Chen
10. Boulevade Investments
11. Mr Bede Ramak
12. Mr phillip Hardcastle
13. Genex Resources
14. Mr Dennis Wood
15. Mr Xiaguang Zhao
16. Mr Why Keong Lee
17 Mr silei Cai
18. Mr Hao Kuo
19. Delita Pty Ltd
20. Raftsea
The Board were described in the spinout as a 'strong stable board'chairman Roger Marshall, Managing Director John Anderson, Bruce Foy and David Jones.
4 years later in August 2011 as the silver price surged, Southern Uranium discovered the Paris Creek silver deposit and renamed to Investigator Resources.
While name changes and commodity changes are mostly always red flags in my opinion, it is not necessarily always a red flag if the directors and shareholders remain unchanged
The shareholders didnt change much in the first year except the 40% holder was completely gone.
1. Citic Australia
2. Talbot Group
3. Citicorp
4. HSBC
5. Citicorp
6. Perpetual Custodians
7. Mr Dezong Yuan

10. Mr Alex Swanson
11. Myrtlemont Pty Ltd
12. Bruce Foy
13. Penson Australia
14. Gregory Malouf
15. Bedel and Sowa Group
16. Raftsea Pty Ltd
17. AMH Custodian
18. Mr Why Keong Lee
19. Australian Investors
20. Equity Trustees
In the first year the directors remained the same. Still directors were as belowRoger Marshall, John Anderson, Bruce Foy, David Jones.
But that strong stable board has now all gone now that we are all the way into 2024.
Directors now are Richard Hills, Andrew McIllwain and Andrew Shearer.
And all the shareholders who were there at the time of the paris silver discovery have all shifted out to make way for new shareholders
1.Citicorp
2. HSBC
3.Phillip Doyle
4. Shipsters Investments
5.Peter Willson
6. Gregmal Property Group
7. Radrell Pty Ltd
8. Mr Koustubh Yani

I should point out that with the accounts Citicorp, HSBC and JP Morgan, the real holders are unknown. Custodian accounts such as these are often used for wash trading (trading shares back and forth between each other to manipulate the price and give the impression of high volume trading).
What can I say to conclude. I dont want to come across as arrogant or belittling to IVR shareholders. All I want them to do is just open their eyes. And I welcome them to find and point out to me any red flags in Maronan. I really do. And if youre an IVR holder and you just followed what I wrote and if you cant find any red flags with Maronan and Maronan is one third of the entry price of IVR based on the ag equivalent ounces then why havent you switched over?yes we are low on cash and yes we have a broker who wants a capital raising but is it worth staying in a company which has none of the same investors or directors who discovered your silver? We have one of the largest undeveloped silver deposits, in the best mining location with extremely experienced directors and our cornerstone investor is tavi costa
it is an absolute no-brainer!!!
And last but not least, the biggest red flag of all is how quickly I get moderated from the IVR thread whenever I post this kind of stuff! And I just got moderated 30 minutes for posting it on this Maronan thread for one tiny breakage of community standards (said something about china).
