Seeing that EUC has taken on an $18.3 USD debt taking over Maroon they may indeed be willing to talk with LNY regarding toll processing.
Why has everyone seemingly written off that scenario?
The EUC deal at 900mil shares plus the debt seems high for the resource. If Maroon was on the market I wonder if LNY considered a transaction.
