The Regal situation seems somewhat reminiscent of CVN whose Thai 'reserves' seem reluctant to be produced (note that the then CEO of CVN, Tregonning, has turned up at AED hoping to commercialisde the Puffin discovery). I'd also be tentatively putting INP, with it's 100mmbbl Juniper 'potential' into this "treat with extreme caution" category. I doubt whether anything more than low single digits will ever be produced here due to low permeability over much of reservoir. Note that the announcements skirt this important issue. While sometimes it's misleading to say something, it can also be misleading to withhold information. Take care and DYOR.

At least, I have no such concerns over the transparency of EXR and the accessibility of it's management to shareholders - they actually seem to enjoy being contacted by holders!
