SN14 posted the previous post last week. l urge all to take a good look at both the links provided if you haven't already done so.

Enough to scare the pants off the most avid ACL fans and maybe thats why there were no replies.

ACL pre merger in 2006 had a MC of around $150 mill. Pre this CR it was about $50 mill.

The outstanding dilemma is that at the time in 2006 there was every compelling reason why the 2 companies should merge. Now we are told there is every compelling reason why we need to split them again !!!!!
