Or maybe, some of us heterosexuals just happen to take each social issue on its individual merit and happen to agree with this one.
Doesn't mean others have to agree and i'm all for government listening to the constituent and hearing any concerns they have, so the best decision is made.
But the whole labelling of people into categories, like lefties, and sympathisers and other cliches is fairly immature *** stuff and ignores that people's unique beliefs and desires are generally far more complex than what can be put in a nice little square box that suits an argument.
Despite this forum seeming to operate on the basis of antipodes, most people i've come across in the day-to-day are slightly more balanced than that, shades of grey do exist and it is possible to sometimes agree with the so-called right and sometimes with the left.
