    I learnt the hard way that it's important to be seen to be cleaning-washing-taking out the rubbish-chopping the firewood etc etc... because if you aren't seen to be doing these things, it never happened...
    (Kinda like car maintenance...she said the car was ultra reliable, but she didn't do the services herself)
