    Yes too true GZ.

    Incentive is a good one. Reward yourself with something if you achieve your goal - as long as the reward is not a big slab of cheesecake with a hot chocolate...lol

    I want to trek through Nepal one day and preferably not in a motorised wheelchair...all being well :)

    Could go a bit of choccy right now...
