There has been no notice of Prospectus, right from the start, so I am scratching my head as to all these mining references.
CGB is not a mining company. If it was a mining interest surely the ASX would require some notification to market. They have permission to carry the bauxite, and whatever was noted in the original Transformation of activities.
Multi directorships over multiple sectors happen across the ASX. It doesnt make sense that the ASX would allow a flip again without some query to market. Sholom Feldman, as far as I am aware has been involved in mining going back to the 1990's.
It is more likely some Cannabis play or maybe Psychedelics? What is more probable, based on current history, is that the ASX are really wanting to scrutinize these "deal/s" to see if they will hold water due to this company's history, and the mess the Cannabis sector is in at the moment. (assumption-not knowledge)
