Not sure terryd, it isn't for a large amount of money i.e. $1,815,000, perhaps it is some way of letting someone in at a reasonable price for services rendered?
The burning question would have to be what price is going to be set for their sale and and how many shares does that amount relate to and of course who is buying them? something seems to be going on behind the scenes, I just hope NRT holders don't get to see their percentage ownership of ME diluted too much.
