Timing, I don't think Lumacom need an advertiser either to show that this sign works - they can use Lumacom, Clear Channel or Durst Graphics to prove this sign works and then get an advertiser.
In the previous post I was suggesting that they may be able to fetch a higher price for the sign once it is installed and works, than the price that they were trying to get based on a promise to the prospective advertisers, that it will work.
