lum & 4ts The success is not in getting the rights to put a sign up on the 4TS building, but the following, IMO:
1) that the technology works on this size of sign
2) that the sign can be clearly seen at daytime and night time
3) that LUM/CCU can find an advertiser soon after installation and make the sign profitable
4) IMO US$1.25mill sounds very low, BUT, the space is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it
