Where there is a will there is a way.

There must be someone who is prepared to buy the Martha Cove land superlots which are owned by CP1 Ltd.

Lord Michael Ashcroft the wealthy British financier purchased the Breakwater Marina in Townsville and associated waterfront land from City Pacific Ltd in June 2008.

So maybe CP1 Ltd needs to find a wealthy financier or overseas developer who would be interested in buying the land superlots if as you say local developers are overloaded.

Possibly someone who mingles in the high society,or works in media or overseas property may know.
