Japanese JJ ok. Bjj - No way. even then, how much fighting do you do off your back in JJ? not much?
obviously you dont know that much about this art,we spend half ourtime doing drills off our back and how to and what not to do,ground work makes up about half our training
and we are talking training for mma,not jj training,take the time to look at the sensei link i put up,and then lets talk about well rounded or not
