GBG is a good watch for those who know who jones is. he is not waiting for Youlgarn to pull the slurry/rail proposal togeather for the new geralton port (via Worley P). he knows this will take too long and be seen as sitting on his hands. In saying that, i would say he would not want any one else to be sitting on his hands and tying up the momentum created. the deal with the Chinese is very tight and they are not interested in funding ore that is unsaleable.
