Yes, he's out but still not in the clear. More specifically, he's under home confinement til 2nd September 2011. His legal problems are not over.
He'll finally have access to his computer model which he has been on about for ages. Let's see if he is able to make some more accurate calls on where things are headed.
It'll be interesting to see what he does with himself from here. Will he use his fame and influence in the media to make change or does he just disappear from public view?
