    I think disarming people is a good thing.

    I gave away weapons based on fear of children gaining accesss, intruders gaining access and fear of a domestic dispute ending badly.

    As one who has suffered from a home invasion , it took a while to make this decision. I vowed at one stage to shoot the next intruder.

    I think I made the right choice.
