So many misguided here.....


CDU may get some debt financing (if there is a change in the Board, IMO). There will be significant dilution with share issues to rain the capital for this venture.

The share price is of GREAT importance to future dividends! I would have rather CDU issued 37.5M shares @ $4; than 75M shares @ $2 (just using current examples of sp's to fund $150M capex). Makes a hell of a difference to the div /sh.
