Many thanks writer. Now I think I have it. I got confused with Kincella's post asking prices ie 10 c 20c 50c. (got totally confused). My summary:
Nick presents to Brokers, they take a placement and offer to the "sophisticated" buyers at say XX number of cents. After the details of the placement are released if the price of the placement is well above the current sp, then up we go to match the placement prices. Bingo up up and away.
