One point I forgot to mention, which was probably the most important, is that Martin does not like the idea of share dilution, and will do his utmost to limit our exposure to dilution.
Which leads to a pretty important point that a lot of people on HC haven't picked up on, and that is the fact is the company only went for 2-4m bucks.
In the scheme of things, that aint much. Could have gone for 10-20 at the expense of us share holders.
Only guessing, but I would suggest after the DFS comes out, I think there is going to be some exciting news re financing the project.
