There has been a bit of speculation on Hot Copper that Martin Rogers may have resigned last month only to sell off his shares.

The recent announcement of initial directors holdings for Martin Rogers shows that he (or related entity) has not bought or sold any shares since he initially resigned as the director. (Check the final director interest notice on 28 June and initial director interest notice on 27 July).

Now that this incorrect speculation has been put to bed, I hope that some (if not all) of the concerns relating to his resignation have been alleviated.
