My fellow traders today has to be the most bearish day of the year, my reason for saying this is that when markets fall u know they are falling so u can act promptly, but when markets rise on low volume after they have broken out of a broadening formation it makes me fill sorry for those who have added to positions today, thinking we have resumed the uptrend. how wrong u are....Broadening formation are the most bearish of all reversals.
Todays action makes the formation even more powerful, it feeds on the weak building its strength before showing its power....tomorrow will be a down day before collapsing on friday towards 5800
