thanks Sevo, I didn't realise you were referring to Lake Wells - thought you were talking about LD.
Quite honestly this thread pisses me off and I have just skimmed it - my fault.
Point being missed by gg and other knockers is that the only way to manage projects in hostile environments such as LD is to get it right first time. Mistakes are costly. This inevitably means slow progress in the evaluation and planning stages and MR's approach has been good - his tolerance for bureaucracy is not as high as it might be but it's higher than mine. I can't think of anyone who could do a better job.
Progress will accelerate once we get finance approved.
