yeah, that's true but they will have the equivalent cash in hand of US$621m on the lower range or US$773m in the upper range which means that you have to value 100% of SA in share price.
May be market would apply discount as cash is not fungible between two entities - dunno on this one.
However, if stock pops at IPO (wish, wish :-) ), only their 68% stake would benefit hence they won't get 100% of pop in valuation but 2/3 of it. Btw, HRT is back in the black... (not sure about my number but heard that the Brazilian part of their business was valued at 6$ boe ;-) )
Still wondering why sp is not going up!!! If pricing is achieved in targeting range on 10th, we might fly...
