The bomb blasts from the maniacal IRA had absolutely nothing to do with Margaret Thatcher, as it was (is) a conflict from the past which, whilst initially justified, had been taken over by IRA thugs who were no more than criminals, who had absolutely no sympathy for human life, and utilised endless forms of cruelty to get their way, even utilising this cruelty against its own people.
Those that followed MT in British politics, by any valid comparison, were political minnows.
