I live in Amamoor, and pie creek is on my way into town. And I can honestly say I had not heard of this project. I work in a space locally that sees me deal with most business people locally, and it's never been mentioned to me. Would suggest it is flying below the radar.
Gympie and the Mary Valley have always been very resource rich, so wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to see high grades. Gympie was the gold mining capital of australia back in the day. Might start digging in the back yard!!
I will find some time this week to go for a drive out to have a look and see what I can see, and see if there is anyone on site to talk to.
