There is serious off take interest out of Asia and this was confirmed at the Annual General Meeting. Eclipse will not have to raise a single dollar via dilution to get this project funded and off the ground.
I know of 2 magnesium end users within the supply chain who would fully fund EPM's capital requirements and put up production funds to secure off take.
