Maybe Ted Pretty needs to give up his other positions at Tech Mahindra, NextDC and Darwin Capital and just concentrate on Hills. With his FULL TIME attention it might be able to be turned around to become the company it has the potential to be. With the current debacle he potentially faces a similar revolt to that he faced at Next DC in 2013. Company shares don't drop 30% in a day on a flat report unless the market is totally dissatisfied with management and don't see any improvement coming soon.
