Another good point is, it is very easy to find good info on CEO's directors, but to find out what was the real reasons they changed job/moved on or where moved on is another kettle of fish.

I'm sure everyone on here knows of at least one occasion in there working life, that have witnessed this first hand, as there was no case /legal action, there is no listing of dodgy history.

I have employed many people over my working life and have never had a resume give the reason for leaving last job as sacked.
