There are basically 3 scenarios on the table here

1. This is a hoax - if so then WHY hasn't management released some kind of response to the ASX suspension, why did they do nothing as the SP got hammered to the tune of 45%

2. Cdb management were duped and scammed by masafin - Once again blame lies solely on management, for people who are supposedly vastly experienced they should have done their due diligence on this whole debt funding. How can they expect investors to ever trust them with their money again.

3. Did CDB management KNOWINGLY mislead the market as the masafin website suggests - Well if so there should and hopefully WILL be some serious ramifications for condor and its management, because if investors can no longer trust or believe the integrity of market announcements then we might as well all go to the casino and try our luck...
