Doing a bit of research on Bruce Buthelezi the Annual Report 2011 states that he resigned on Sept 19, 2011. Check out his linkedin, below where he was Managing Director of CCC for 2 years from the period 2008-2010. He's obviously diversified since then and is the owner of Masawu Entertainment. As stated earlier in the FY12 Annual Report he got a $4.6M payout, of which $2M was cash based and $2.6M was share based. He also holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering. This story gets more interesting every day....What would it cost holders if Peter Landau and Jason Brewer resigned?
