I'm not posting to get into an arguement. I have one IP left after selling a few so I'm pretty much set.
You seem like a fairly astute person, I'm just curious what your strategy is and/or what you predict will happen.
I'm assuming lots of people still want a house or maybe even an investment if the price is right. What does your crystal ball say?
