Shaba, I don't think some people quite understand the significance of having the deal sealed and delivered. The simple fact of the matter is that it is not priced in because it adds >20c in value to the share price. Large institutions which have not been able to buy in with a margin of safety (ie through the placements), are not willing to put their clients' money on the line until Mashala is acquired.

Even if they are paying 15c then, it will still offer their clients a substantial discount to the value of the company.

Quite simply, Conti is not worth 20-30c until Mashala has been acquired.
