Absolutely PA, in fact many a time have I seen a reversal from a bar like this and then you really have to combine the volume and spread of the 2 days to work out what is happening. You can never go by the action of one bar you must always have confirmation from the next one. There is a move called a 2 bar reversal which is frequently seen as well. In that instance tomorrows bar would start at the close point of today or thereabouts, and finish at the level of or near the open of today's bar, Very bullish that would be. Like you said top part of the candle from today would suffice.
Should be an interesting day tomorrow to say the least.
