One question Enumerate. You suggest that eet technology optimises delivery of payload to a cell. I was under the impression that eet was purely to confirm that the payload entered the cell and escaped the endosome, it doesnt actually enhance the ability to do so. I guess the optimisation is in actually knowing which peptides are able to enter and endosome escape which cells. Is that your understanding? Still seems the big opportunity is with the newer virulent derived peptides added recently as these are known already to enter cells, so if theycan attach payloads and film the whole interaction with eet we may get somewhere. Janssen license wouldve been the first real outside verification that they are onto something big so that is why the license deal apparently being on that malaysian airline is so annoying.
