Since the introduction of Tulla's L2, staff at NG have been leaving in droves, and with recruitment agencies finding it exceedingly difficult to cover up the ever growing bad publicity of the ballsed up hand over, the number of willing participants heading toward Norseman are dwindling with the SP.
A fair assumption would be that it's all part of their management strategy of cutting out the dead wood, reducing expenditure and rebooting the system, but this looks like a classic case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater, and with the dilution set to roll out in the next few days, L2 will need some pretty fancy foot work to climb this steepening slippery slope and restore market confidence.
