I'd held since 2011 i think it was(1.6c). The biggest problem with this deal is the $10m upfront, as it leaves all the risks of phase 3 on a company valued at $270m(at yesterdays price according to HC). Remember what this company was valued at prior to the run up in expectation of a deal, what has actually happened since that has added value or derisked it? Not much in reality, just a few $ in the kitty and the cost of the trials removed, the risk is still very much there, so I won't be surprised to see it pullback more.
