I think it’s more of a reflection of the management than anything else. The constant talk of a deal to create shareholders value is just bshit... the reality is they bought in at 6.3c and the company bought back shares from the chairman at $3.1. It looks to me the support at $3 mark back then was purely to ensure he got max value for his options.
