Definitely not valued at $4 per share, it was 1m for an exclusive period. Just structured so that we got a cash injection of 5m so that we could continue crucial development with manufacturing and not lose any time. The 5m that we received has been allocated towards this development as well.
All parties are looking long term here, if the announcement and previous correspondence was handled better we would not have seen such a large drop. The problem is that a lot of people bought in on the expectation of a quick turn around and that did not happen so a lot of ST holders have been hung out to dry.
