Well done to Acadia. They’ve mitigated risk by structuring a deal in this way. Acadia seems like a bit of a minnow in pharma with a tiny market cap compared to the giants. My opinion is that Neuren weren’t able to generate much competition and definitely not from the giants for tension and better terms on this deal at all....and that’s a product of the trials being unconvincing to date.
Yes I remain a holder and have not formed an opinion on whether to hold or sell.
The missing piece for me is why would Lang let them do this deal if he was not happy with it?
