Some death rates will be much lower than last year because of the lock-downs. For example deaths from traffic accidents will be way down. So even no change in overall rates indicates CV is killing a lot of people.

So .6 of one per thousand instead of .5 of one per thousand. The lockdown didn't make a big difference, because half the population has coronavirus anyway= fatality rate tiny. Lockdown, unjustified and disastrous.
