Traffic deaths in Spain for the last year accounted for 4.1 deaths per 100,000 population. That will not make one iota of difference.
In fact, that number will be dwarfed by suicide and other deaths as a result of the lockdown. We haven't even begun to see the damage. Stopping non-essential surgery, and greatly reducing access to maintenance healthcare services, will lead to excessive need for acute hospital care, millions suffering unnecessary pain and/or premature deaths,
