A person is infected with Covid-19, 5 to 14 days later they either show symptoms or they are asymptomatic, in either case they are still able to shed the Virus and infect others. IE They are carriers whether showing symptoms or not, the disease in those who show symptoms persists for another 2-3 weeks as they become ill with it, and there is nothing at all to suggest that those who do not show symptoms are in any way less able to carry and shed the Virus to others. Those who recover from the Virus are still shedding the Virus after they recover for anywhere up to 2 weeks after they are out of the critical condition. This is why even those who do not show symptoms are required to practice self isolation for at least two weeks.

So all up, from the time of contracting the Virus up until one is deemed safe to come out of self isolation can be anywhere from 5-7 weeks even for someone who is non symptomatic. IE you are still carrying the Virus in your system if you have contracted it even despite being asymptomatic.

Over 90% of test's are negative apparently with over 350,000 test's carried out so far yet only just over 6000 being found positive.

IF there were a large pool of Australians not showing symptoms of Covid-19 yet still carrying it as asymptomatic there would be far more people being found Positive for it than we have done so far. Even four to five weeks is plenty of time to pick up anyone carrying the Virus without showing any symptoms out of the number so far tested.

The tests done in Australia are overwhelmingly of people who feel sick. As most people who feel slight symptoms or none at all never get tested, that leaves at lot out there who are spreading the virus. Australia has been able to prevent most new infections from overseas travellers and so the overall rate is probably lower than in Europe. But it's still much higher than any "statistics" officialdom has been able to generate.

The fact that deaths and sickness due to the virus is so low in Australia only shows that the virus is not very fatal. It's absolutely necessary to protect and properly care for those who are more at risk, as in Sweden, but no need to strangle people's livelihoods and sanity with panic and martial law.

Still, in Australia, what's done is done. The old economy is wrecked and the new one is on the way in: 1950s government interventionism, subsidies, restructuring of industries to make us less vulnerable to the international market. That's one side of the equation.

The other side is Chinese influence. Hasn't that system of lies done well out of this! Now officially with no new cases of CVirus (ha, ha), they are busily getting back to work. Australia will not be in much of a position to be picky when it decides to open up again. We might be living under a combination of 1950s government interventionism and good old fashioned Chinese commercial (and political) imperialism. But of course our parliamentarians (who have not made a squeak during this period of rule by decree) can be trusted to stand up for the country...
