In any case, countries like Spain and Austria are already moving towards relaxation of the shutdown this week. The lockdown is folding up already in Europe, after a few weeks. Australia must follow
You really have no idea what's going on do you? Firstly Spain has not approved relaxing shut-down yet and if/when they do it is to allow construction and manufacturing to return to work. Austria are planning to allow non-essential shops of up to 400 sq metres & DIY shops & garden centres to re-open. Shopping malls, hairdressers, larger stores remain closed. The level of lock-down of both these countries will still be much higher than Australia's. So what exactly should Australia be following of these two?
This gives you a reality picture. What it shows is Australia's restrictions were never as severe as most countries in Europe. I'd like to see the results of these countries relaxing their restrictions before making decisions on Australia. Unfortunately for most countries a lock-down back to where Australia is isn't likely to happen before June. I't slaso important to note these countries are moving into summer whereas we are moving into winter.
