In my opinion, the world can only sustain business lockdown to the end of June/July 2020. The world must implement new strategies to ignite the workforce back to life and get the world economy back on track.
This is one such way from my perspective as follows:- 1. All elderly people above the age of 65 say in lockdown for an extra month after the resumption to businesses opening again. 2. All businesses open in reduce capacity for the first 4 weeks of trading. E.G. 10 am to 5 pm. 3. Everyone in public must wear a face mask for their own protection. Also follow strict rules when coughing or sneezing into your arm. 4. Anyone who is sick must stay in isolation. Penalties will apply. 5. All businesses must supply hand gel for all patrons entering the business. Reduces the risk of disease on hands. This includes buses, trains & taxis. 6. All businesses are responsible for their premises being clean before opening their doors to the public. 7. Keep it clean team policy! 8. The world gets back to full capacity in four weeks. All elderly allow back into civilization after four weeks from opening. 9. Governments around the world monitor the COVID-19 virus if under control keep all businesses open. 9. Problem solved.
