Seem to have attracted the peanut gallery to the FAR threads. (or the clown academy)
I will do my civic duty and keep aforementioned gallery/academy busy.
Please shoot some holes in this logic:
A. Circa $120m Market cap pre FAN/SNE oil finds (circa Aug, 2.7bn shares at 4.5cps)
B. Today $345m Market cap POST FAN/SNE oil finds
Difference attributed to oil finds + recent Cap raising: A-B =
$225m dollars.
Oil find size (source FAR 14 Nov investor preso)
FAN 140mmbbls
SNE 97 mmbbls
Total 237 mmbls
Still with me?
Now, given not much has changed outside these discoveries, and my envelope is running out of space, that equates a market value of less then $1 AUD per barrel discovered.
So still very risky. Much upside?
So now we are at the crux of the matter.
The Key Question is, obviously, what will it take to for the peanuts to man up- play the stock not the player.......
