    The legal guys mentioned that if it was an Australian national involved Flats that they were covered by Australian laws(which are similar to world human rights laws apparently),hence prosecutable under those laws.

    Still cant see how they can even make a connection between Anvil and what the military did apart from transporting them to Kilwa which they were obliged to do for security reasons.

    Anvil/BT was not to know what the military were going to do,if thats what took place.

    Someone else said its the military that should be investigated.Couldnt agree more.Sounds like some of these military guys have been on the jungle juice before they went in and did what they did.
