I am hesitant to post this suggestion as I have done it before and got some strong responses. Why consider a partnership just for TAVR and not for the whole Adapt range? Cormatrix for example claim that their product is used in 1000+ US hospitals and 145k procedures. That would put some pressure on the Malaga facility.
